The personal information you provide us with (via registration on the website and completion of our family information form) will be used to contact you to discuss the Oxfordsitters services you may request. We collect this information when you fill in forms on our website or via email or when you communicate with us by phone or social media messenger.
We may need to collect additional information about your family to provide the services you have requested from us. This means sending your details to our vetted sitters so that we can carry out the services you have requested from us. Our sitters are required to log into a secure information system to gain access to any details they may need when coming to care for your children.
We require both our sitters and our service users to comply with contract agreements when then register with us to make sure all information is kept safely and securely.
How we use your information for marketing purposes
We would like to send you news about special offers and events and which may be of interest to you. This may be by email or text message. We will not use your personal information for these purposes, unless you have given your consent by checking the appropriate boxes on the forms we use to collect your personal information.
If you have consented to receive marketing information but later change your mind, you have a right to opt out any time. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we remove your information from our marketing list.
How long we keep your information
We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary to provide our services and we will remove it from our system once our services are no longer required. This means that no family data will be stored once your children have turned 16 years of age.
How we store and transfer your information
All the personal information we collect is processed only by the co-directors of Oxfordsitters. Information is stored via our secure website and encrypted database process. Oxfordsitters uses a secure log in system for our sitters to access your family information.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is kept secure. We maintain strict security standards and procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your data. Our founders, website design company and sitters all adhere to our privacy standards and we regularly check them for compliance.
Who we share your information with
We will not share or sell your information for marketing purposes with other companies or to any third party suppliers with the exception of sharing relevant information with your sitter.
